Personal Background:   Mr. Mahesh, born in Shimoga, Karnataka, pursued his early education in Thalemarada Hally, a remote village in Pavagada Taluk, Tumakuru District. Despite the challenges of long commutes to school, he excelled academically, earning a spot in the first batch of JNV-T ( Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya - Tumakuru). His education included stints in Madhya Pradesh as a migration student during the 9th Standard, with further studies in Shimoga, Davanagere, Bangalore, and Mysore, where he completed his Intermediate, BBM, PGD-IR&PM, and MBA in HR.

Professional Experience:   With over 20+ years in Human Resources, Mr. Mahesh has extensive experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, change management, performance management, HR transformation, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement Activities, CSR - Corporate Social Responsibilities, Social Works, and more. He has worked with esteemed organizations such as Kirloskar Electric Co. Ltd., Avasarala Group of Companies, German MNC KernLiebers, GMR & Murugappa Group's EID Parry Sugars, B.G. Shirke Group's Siporex India Ltd., Orient Bell Ltd., Shahi Exports Ltd., and Indian Designs Exports Pvt. Ltd.

Entrepreneurial Ventures:   Mr. Mahesh founded SHRS: Smart HR Services, an HR consultancy with PAN India services. He is the General Secretary of the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Tumakuru Alumni Association (JNVTAA®), a Board Member cum Director of the Tumakuru Human Resources Forum (THRF), and the President of the Vishwa Gramodaya Trust (VG Trust).

He has also been a board member of the Vishwa Gramodaya Society(VG Society®), and is active in many professional and social organizations like THRF, VIA, NIPM, and various NGOs.

Social Contributions:   Inspired by Swamy Vivekananda, Dr. Abdul Kalam, Mother Theresa, and Salumarada Thimmakka, Mr. Mahesh established the Vishwa Gramodaya Trust in 2019 at Pavagada, Karnataka, alongside his cousin brother Sri. Dasanna V.

Mahesh is a passionate orator on topics such as communication skills, time management, spirituality, and philosophy, and he organizes seminars, workshops, and plays. He is dedicated to serving the country and believes in transforming lives through good work, viewing it as divine.

The social values he started to acquire from his grand father were further nurtured by his parents Smt. Akkamma & Sri H. Venkateshappa for him grow to be good human being and Dasanna therefore believed in simplicity and helping the needy, the result of the traits he picked from his parents. Dasanna was further blessed to be in contact with most revered people in the area of his choice inspired him immensely making him to do good work as a social worker and also develop interest in Agriculture and Natural farming. With a great foundation laid for Dasanna to take on his life, he pursued his education to hold a Bachelor Degree in Arts and a Post Graduate Degree in Social Work.

The inspiration he drew from Swamy Vivekananda, Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, Ma Sharadadevi, Dr. BR Ambedkar, D V Gundappa, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, Saalu Marada Thimmakka is immense and the constant interactions, guidance, encouragement, support, motivation he received from number of kind-hearted people generated in him a will to initiate starting a social service organisation, using the savings from his salary and the help he can receive from his well wishers, like minded people and the friends sowed the seed in him the desire to establish a Social Service Organisation to find solutions to reduce the misery of the people.

The social awakening he carried in him made him to join NSS during his College days. Being part of NSS honed in him the willingness to render voluntary service to the community and made him to also developed in him a very kind and considerate in heart. His readiness to lend his support for the people, made him to be a very acceptable personality in the Society. He was innovative and got involve deeply in setting up few techniques for preserving environment in Rural areas.Dasanna has the working experience of serving Karnataka Electricity Board and also Bengaluru Metropolitan Tansport Corporation majorly besides working while he was studying. He Founded Vishwagramodaya, an NGO joining hands with the likeminded friends and well wishers about 18 years back making a mark as social activist of importance in Pavagada Taluk in particular and Tumakuru District in general actively taking up Rural Development Activities, Animal Health, Environment Protection etc.

He wishes to serve the Nation with his contribution through good work. He believes that the good work done Would bring in the change needed for transformation. He's a Team man and thus carry the passion for engaging all the likeminded friends and the people in the work that benefits the Nation. He's focussed on serving the mankind as he believes that any good work rendered is nothing but serving God. His such divine thought has determined him to serve in the areas of Sheltering the Destitutes, Rural / Urban Unemployed Youth, Women & Children Empowerment, Environment Protection, Aforestation, Climate Change etc. To take on more challenging social assignments and to spread its wings of activities, Vishwagramodaya, started in 2007 came into being as a Registered Trust, Vishwa Gramodaya Trust in 2019. Dasanna, the Founder Trustee is now the Secretary of the Trust (www.vishwagramodaya.org). The projects of real consequences to benefit the humans with the Mission always to stay motivating, inspiring, encouraging, involving, innovating serving the country.

Sarvesh has to his credit, successfully executed challenging business assignments and his professional journey has taken him across India, exploring opportunities for business development as also project implementation for an international NGO, where he served as Secretary General. Notably, he traveled to Nigeria in 2006 for a project.

Sarvesh has also been involved in book publishing, managing the publication of his family members' works. Currently, he writes articles for periodicals and edits a quarterly magazine.

Driven by a passion for serving humanity, Sarvesh has been associated with Vishwagramodaya Trust for over a decade. He aspires to establish a memorial trust or foundation in honor of his parents, recognizing outstanding contributions through memorial awards. He also plans to initiate social projects focusing on healthcare, education, and empowerment programs to support the underprivileged."
